On an operational level we will ensure that all personnel have the relevant training to fulfil their roles in a competent manner and that they are fully supported by an experienced management team.
Our recruitment procedures ensure that staff are handpicked for their specific experience in delivering security services appropriate for the kind of security provision required.
Our staff are also subject to extensive vetting and screening procedures prior to being offered a post with us, ensuring our complete confidence in their background, behaviour and skills. We recognise that all Cautela Security staff, as associates of yours, will need to consistently present the highest standards of professionalism.
EVENT SECURITY & STEWARDS
We are able to offer at an extremely competitive rate SIA Event Security and Stewards. Our teams have worked and covered all the major UK festivals over the years including, Glastonbury, Reading, Leeds, V-Fest, to name a few.
All our event team staff are hand picked and will provide you with complete professionalism and piece of mind. We are also to provide Close Protection staff for VIP’s and backstage. A number of our event team are restraint trained, should that be a requirement. As with everything Cautela Security provide for a project manager will be provided throughout the booking, meaning a single point of contact.
